Create good habits. Break bad ones. Build a better you. Habit List includes everything you need to reach your goals, wrapped in a beautiful and intuitive interface. It motivates you, helps you stay focused, and keeps you on track.

Get motivated with streaks — Keeping streaks alive is a powerful motivator. See how high you can go, then try to beat your personal best. Red badges mean youve slacked and need to get back on track. Yellow badges show up after a streak ends, indicating its time to recommit to building a new one. Gray badges are optional, missing them won’t break your streak. Green means go, complete it today!

Focus on what’s due — No need to wade through all your habits to figure out what to do, Habit List only shows what’s due today. And you can set the default order for your habits, so items that you’ll complete first are at the top of your list. Habit Lists beautiful, distraction-free design keeps you focused and on task.

Stay on track with reminders and badges — Habits are powerful because they’re automatic, but while you’re building routines, reminders are indispensable. App badges show the number of remaining habits for the day, great for reminding you to complete your list. You can even set a daily review reminder to get in the habit of using the app.

View trends over time — Step back and see the big picture with weekly and monthly completion percentages. Bar colors range from green to red and give a visual indicator of how you’re doing.

Flexible scheduling — Choose from 3 kinds of schedules: Specific Days, Non-specific Days, or Intervals. So you can schedule your workouts M-W-F, bring lunch to work any 4 days per week, or write a blog post every 2-3 days. No matter what kind of habit youre building, Habit List has you covered.

Track your progress — See your history at a glance and gain insight into whats working—or isnt. Always miss your Friday workout? Maybe a different day or early morning routine would work better. Habit List also tracks your personal best (longest streak) and total completions.

No detail too small — Need to track multiple times per day habits, like drinking 8 glasses of water? No problem. Going on vacation? Skip habits without breaking your streak. Miss a habit early in the day? Mark it as missed to keep your list uncluttered. You can also change the week start date, use light or dark mode, and keep things private with a passcode or touch ID. Speaking of privacy, we don’t require you to set up an account, don’t track your habits, and your personal data is 100% private.

Try Habit List for free — Your first three habits are on us. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited habits, passcode/touch ID lock, dark mode, and support future development.

Pros and cons of Habit List app for iPhone and iPad

Habit List app good for

Tested many, but this one excels in flexibility of habits (can be two times a week, specific weekdays etc) It is only intrusive with alerts if and when you want. Interface is clean and informs you directly of your streaks.
I have been searching for this type of app for a long time.Im an artist ,so design is also a priority for me.I tried some other apps, but i didnt like UI.Its a great app.So simple, eye candy and green colour is great.Only one request can you please add touch id.
The idea of using streaks to motivate is a good one that can be the extra push you need to achieve change. A cell phone app is the best option to do this, I think, since you have it with you. Habit List is a flexible app that does the job and is easy on the eyes (which is important when you are looking at it every single day.) Ive used Habit List every day for over 2 years, and this app has really improved my life. Give it a shot!
Ive been using this app daily for almost 2 years. Its one of my favorite apps. Does exactly what it needs, without any unnecessary clutter.
I am very happy with this app. Ive tried many others and boiled it down to two favorites. Habit List was one of them. Unfortunately, one of these got bought out and disappeared. I am thrilled to see that Habit List incorporated some of the features that I loved so much in that other app into its latest release (Visual circular feedback of goals attained, possibility of logging many instances of a desired behavior per day). Kudos!
Has been really useful to help me improve my good habits. Thanks!

Some bad moments

Lacks graphing functionality. Otherwise a good app. I stopped using it preferring another app that offers a monthly view in line format which speaks to trends. Other such Apps also allow you to reset all data at once without having to go into each individual habit to reset data--a tedious exercise. Plus an x rather than a checkmate for tabulation gives a negative perspective on matters.
This app not worth the money. You cant schedule anything ahead of time. If I change a habit- it changes all previous weeks as well. For example I wanted to change my workout expectations. It changed all my history. Dont waste your money.
I like that I can open it up any time and quickly track my habits. The design is simple and clean. Some things need to be fixed. For one, when looking at the calendar view of a habit, the button to go to the stats view is inaccessible. Also, the habits seem to get set up differently with the same inputs and its not clear how to change them. I wish I didnt pay for this app.
Doesnt look like the pictures on iPad. Wouldnt buy it if I could go back.
This version doesnt work with iOS 9.02. Just crashes when you open it every time. Too bad. It used to be good.
reminder does not works anymore. this is orginal IOS in iphone5. item reminder was working for a month and now not. there is an unknown bug. please find and fix it. next we should change reminder soundfx. (whatsoever reminder not working)
