The idea of using streaks to motivate is a good one that can be the extra push you need to achieve change. A cell phone app is the best option to do this, I think, since you have it with you. Habit list is a flexible app that does the job and is easy on the eyes (which is important when you are looking at it every single day.) Ive used habit list every day for over 2 years, and this app has really improved my life. Give it a shot!
